Start2Invest is a platform that makes real estate investing accessible to everyone-small-to-medium properties in stable markets, without you lifting a finger to manage them. No experience needed; invest and we run it. Who can invest? Anyone over eighteen from any eligible country-EU or global. Whether you're brand new or dumping crypto gains, we don't care. Minimum: 100 euros per month (1,200 euros yearly). How do I sign up? From the homepage, hit 'Login' to start, or go straight to the Investments Plan page, pick your plan, fill in details. You'll get a digital agreement email within 24 hours-sign and upload a clear ID or passport photo. We verify you, then you're live. Investments & Returns What returns can I expect? Fixed ten percent per year-paid from rental cashflow, not speculation. One thousand euros or ten thousand, same deal. How are investments secured? Money tied to bricks-and-mortar, plus backup insurance so early pull-outs don't hurt. We cap each property at 25% of our portfolio-if a 200,000 euro building tanks, only 50,000 of yours is in play, so liquidation always covers you. Can I withdraw early? Yes-with a 30-day notice. If it's before twelve months finish, there's a 7.5% admin fee. After, zero penalty. Are there risks? Not really-returns come from rent, not resale, so market dips don't touch you. We diversify hard and insure everything. Full warnings in the contract. Payments & Subscriptions What payment options do you offer? One-time lump sum, or 100-euro monthly (12-month lock-in). Bank wire: free. Credit card or PayPal: 4.3% extra each time-100 euros becomes 104.30, automatically. Is there a subscription model? Yes-investment plans auto-buy every month for compound growth. Cancel anytime with 30-day notice, but early stop costs 7.5% on the total paid so far. What fees should I expect? None upfront, no surprises-just that 4.3% if you pay by card or PayPal. Bank wire keeps it clean. Security & Legal How secure is my data and money? Bank-grade SSL-TLS, GDPR locked, funds only in Belgian-regulated banks. We're EU-licensed-no leaks, no shortcuts. What law governs agreements? Belgian law-disputes go to Kortrijk or Bruges courts only. Contracts in Dutch, English, French, Polish. Is Start2Invest regulated? Yep-BE 0866784872, full FSMA compliance. You're safe. Compliance & Verification We follow Belgian and EU anti-money-laundering rules: everyone emails us a clear ID or passport. Suspicious? 1. What exactly does START2INVEST do?
Start2Invest invests in small to medium-sized real estate projects in Belgium. We purchase properties that need renovation, refurbish them, and rent them out to create stable returns for our investors.

2. How does investing with START2INVEST work?
You can choose to save monthly (€100, €250, or €1,000 per month) or make a one-time investment (€1,000, €10,000, or €100,000). From the moment you start, your investment runs for 12 months and earns a fixed annual return of 10%.
This is why we make real estate investing possible for anyone. No big capital is required.

3. How safe is my investment?
Every investment is internally secured by the value of our real estate portfolio. This means your investment is backed by real, tangible assets and additional capital insurance. We only invest within Belgium EU, allowing us to closely manage our properties and risks.

4. Will I always get my money back?
Yes. After 12 months, you have a 30 day period where you can choose whether you want to withdraw only your profit, part of your investment, or the full amount (including returns).
If you want to end your investment earlier, that’s also possible — we apply an administrative fee of 7.5% on the invested amount. We do advise you not to withdraw earlier than after the 12 months, because you will have a loss in capital.

5. When and how do I receive my return?
The fixed return of 10% applies annually. After 12 months, you have a 30 day window to decide whether you want to withdraw your return or reinvest it for a new period. Please always remember to contact us via e-mail, so we can verify and confirm with you that it is not a hacker, but only yourself who decides to withdraw your investment.

6. Who manages my money?
Your funds are managed by START2INVEST, run by three experienced partners with backgrounds in real estate, Business Development, renovation, and financial management. All funds are used exclusively for real estate purchases made in Belgium EU.

7. What happens if the real estate market goes down?
We focus on rental income and value added through renovation, not on quick resale. This helps keep our portfolio more stable even when the market fluctuates. In addition, each investment remains internally secured by the value of our real estate.

8. Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no entry or management fees. Only if you decide to end your investment early will the administrative fee of 7.5% of the invested amount apply.

9. How transparent is START2INVEST?
We regularly update our investors on ongoing projects. You receive clear reports on the progress of your investment, and we’re always available for questions or a personal conversation.

10. How can I start investing?
Very easily! You can fill out the investment form on our website or get in touch with our team. Together we’ll look at which formula suits you best, and once the investment contract is signed, you immediately start building your return.
We do have a KYC screening process which is in regulation of the Belgian and EU laws to prevent any money laundring or criminal activity. Once you have passed this process you will be able to continue investing.
